PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIMING - We are a made-to-order E-commerce store. We do not hold physical inventory. Your order triggers production of the items purchased. Our current production turnaround time can be found in each product description on our website. Typically delivery of apparel is up to 10-14 calendar days. Accessories are considered special orders and take up to 21 calendar days. If you have a time sensitive order, Reach out to us BEFORE placing it to see if we can accomodate your needs.
SHIPPING ADDRESS - Customer is responsible for entering an active mailing address and must confirm the shipping address before completing order. The address must be a physical address or military P. O. Box. Domestic P. O. Boxes are not guaranteed delivery and are not preferred. Customer assumes postage fee for any returned items.
RETURNS - Qualified items are returnable for a store credit. Our return policy can be found here.
SALE ITEMS - Qualified sales items are returnable at the purchase price for a store credit that can be used towards a future purchase. Return of sales items to be repurchased in a different size or fit category may be at the full price if the sale has expired at the time the store credit has been issued.
INSTRUCTIONS SECTION - The notes (instructions) section SHOULD NOT be used to ask for variations or substitutions of the item as seen in our store or to request expedited timing. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order so that we can confirm whether or not we can accommodate your request.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE SIZE CHART? If you do not see a size chart image on the product page there will be a link to the size chart within the product description for each applicable item along with a shortcut on the website's home page. The shortcut can be found in the footer information. We welcome any questions about sizing to help you determine what size to purchase. Email us at ayanna@needthattee.com for the quickest response. Exchanges based on sizing may be accessed a restocking fee.
CORRESPONDENCE ABOUT YOUR ORDER - Once orders are placed, all future correspondence will come by email. We will notify you when your items have shipped by email.
