~If there are no production issues, apparel items should be received within 12-15 days of your order date. Accessories and drink ware should be received within 15-21 days. Items with extended delivery timing will have a timing statement in the item description. Orders sent to international addresses my take a little longer. Shipping issues beyond needthattee.com's control may cause further shipping delays.
~For logistical reasons, items placed in the same order may be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. You will receive separate emails stating the contents of each package.

There is a link to the size chart within the product description for each applicable item along with a shortcut on the website's home page. The shortcut can be found in the footer information. needthattee.com's merchandise is produced in the US and internationally. The apparel is produced by design application (heat transfer vinyl, direct to garment printing or screen print) on blank pre-made garments mostly in the State of Georgia. The accessories are produced in both US factories and factories in China.
CORRESPONDENCE ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Once orders are placed, all future correspondence will come by email. We will notify you when your items have shipped by email. The shipping confirmation email will include the tracking information and the content of the package(s). Please make note of the email you enter when placing the order and check for updates at that address periodically. If there are questions about the order that must be answered before it is processed, they will be sent to that email address. Timely response will aid in getting the order out within the time frame disclosed.
Custom items are made specifically for the client and cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless the items don’t not match the pre-approved mock up in the item description. Any item receiving CUSTOM CUT SERVICES cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless the incorrect cut method was applied to the garment. No exceptions. Returned custom items will be shipped back to the customer without funds being returned.
CARE FOR YOUR GARMENT
Any specific care instructions needed for your garment will be sent in the package with the garment. Otherwise we recommend you follow the care instructions in the tag of garment with the garment turned inside out. Avoid chlorine bleach on metallic designs where possible.
Items are shipped by USPS and on average cost $5-7.50 for the first item + $1.50 for each additional item. Items to be shipped to international addresses may be accessed additional shipping fees.
**Shipping Disclaimer: needthatee.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but "not received" by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and your local post office or carrier. Please contact them directly for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning at USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.
I RECEIVED MY TEE AND IT HAS A FAINT VINEGAR-LIKE SMELL?
Some apparel is produced by a third-party printer who sprays the garment with a pre-treatment to help the design materials to adhere to the garment. If your tee has a faint vinegar-like smell it means that the printer sprayed more pre-treat on your garment than usual. The smell is usually unnoticeable. If you do notice it be assured that it can be easily removed by washing the garment based on the outlined wash method.
