We sincerely thank you for shopping at needthatee.com and hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. If the qualifying items you have purchased from us do not work out, we will exchange those products, provide store credit, or refund your purchase amount subject to the following conditions:
- Custom items and items receiving custom cut services cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Please proof-read and confirm sizing on custom orders BEFORE processing the payment. Refer to the size chart or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss sizing before completing the order.
- Item(s) in its (their) original packaging, unworn condition, free of stains, odor or other proof of wear, and returned within 15 business days of receipt (based on postal tracking) will be considered for a refund.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the item(s) back to needthattee.com and for re-shipping for exchanges. Include written instructions regarding the item(s) in the package (even if instructions have also been emailed). (It's okay to tape your items back up in the needthattee.com bag you received to cut down on costs.)
- When a refund is requested, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded using the original payment method once the returned item are received by needthattee.com and it is confirmed that all conditions above have been met.

Replacement items will be produced and mailed out within 2 weeks of receipt of the original item.
