CURATED CUSTOM DESIGNED APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES
Needthattee.com will create one original design based on direction given from the customer. A non-refundable $30/hr design fee is required to begin the design process. One revision is included. Any additional revision rounds requested will be assessed $30 each (due before the work begins). The person that initiates contact with needthatee.com is responsible for discussing the design with all stakeholders before communicating the feedback with needthattee.com. Production will not begin until the design receives sign off by the customer.
A minimum of 12 items must be purchased for original design orders. All sales are final (no refunds or exchanges) and no cancellations will be honored after the order is processed. Each order is considered a separate order. Any later requests for additional pieces may not be able to be honored or may incur an upcharge to procure the materials/labor.
For t-shirt orders, please note that needthattee.com recommends ladies (true to size) or unisex garments. The customer can be given be access to all fit categories available at their own risk. The customer acknowledges that there are substantial differences between fit categories needthattee.com provides and can make clear to all wearer’s that if the wrong fit category is chosen, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Fit information for other garment types will be shared as needed.
The cost of the items are determined by multiple factors. All pricing information will be shared once the preliminary information is received and researched. Please be as thorough as possible when completing the custom request form. The customer has the option to be invoiced for all items needed or receive a link to allow each wearer to place their own order. The customer will receive a 5% discount for ordering all items needed in one order. If separate orders will be placed, a two-week order window will be determined for all orders to be placed. Orders placed outside this window may not be able to be honored or may incur an upcharge to procure the materials/labor.
The timing needed to produce the custom items will be shared after researching the request. A three-week turnaround can be considered the benchmark time frame. Any requests needed early than this time frame will incur a rush fee if availability exists.
