PRODUCTION TIMING - We are a made-to-order E-commerce store. We do not hold physical inventory. Our current production turnaround time can be found in the banner at the top the home page on our website. Typically delivery of apparel is up to 14 business days. Accessories are considered special orders and take up to 21 business days.
SHIPPING ADDRESS - Customer is responsible for entering an active mailing address and must confirm the address before completing order. Must be a physical address or military P. O. Box. Domestic P. O. Boxes are not guaranteed delivery and are therefore not accepted for ordering. Customer assumes postage fee for any returned order(s) that have to be re-shipped.
RETURNS - Qualified items are returnable for a store credit. Our return policy can be found here.
SALE ITEMS - Qualified sales items are returnable at the purchase price for a store credit that can be used towards a future purchase. Return of sales items to be repurchased in a different size or fit category may be at the full price if the sale has expired at the time the store credit has been issued.
